Hey, great to have you here - I’m Lorna Lyons!
With a masters in positive psychology and a degree in education - I stumbled accidentally into the online education space whilst working in my full time job as a teacher.
After experimenting with online education workshops & coaching programmes for about a year, I realised how lucrative the online space was and how it could drastically reduce the amount of time I spent working away from home.
I made it my intention to become a Digital Entrepreneur & since 2021, I have created many successful online programmes including courses, memberships, transformational coaching workshops and experiential events.

Do I need a large audience to start this programme?
You do not need a large audience to start this programme. The first lesson inside Lead + Launch, by Design will teach you the exact steps you need to take in order to grow a buying audience online. You do not need a large audience to launch - but you do need a trusting one. You can start a membership with as little as ten loyal fans.
How long will I have access to the course?
You will have lifetime access to this course and so you can easily go back and review past lessons as your membership grows and evolves and I would encourage you to do so as the content involved will land with you differently after you have gone through the initial building, development and launch of your membership.
How much time is needed to take part?
You get lifetime access to the self paced course + monthly themed masterclasses. This means you can come back to these lessons forever more….and you will! The programme is delivered over a 12 month period to give you ample opportunity to learn, experiment and integrate - aswell as get feedback, support + guidance from Lorna and your fellow Community Leader Peers. I have had a mentee launch her membership successfully within just 2 weeks of the programme and others take a full year before they felt ready to launch, so this very much depends on how quickly you want to go - but the course will match the pace you dictate.
