Hi, I'm Lorna.
I’m a professional educator, a Masters-qualified Positive Psychology Coach, and the founder of The MumBOSS Network. But before any of that — I was exactly where you are now.
It started with going back to study. Completing my Masters in Applied Positive Psychology was a turning point — not just academically, but personally. It made me realise I no longer wanted to stay in my teaching career. I wanted to build something of my own, around my core values of family and freedom.
The problem? I was starting mid-life with zero business or entrepreneurial experience. So I did what any good educator does — I invested in learning from the best. I sought out incredible leaders and entrepreneurs who were already living the life I wanted: Tracy Harris, James Wedmore, Suzy Ashworth, George Bryant, and Stu McLaren. Through their guidance, I immersed myself in digital business, mindset, leadership and energetics.
Post-COVID, while raising three young children, I combined everything I had learned and built a six-figure online business from home — without burning out, without sacrificing the moments that mattered most.

Is this really for women starting mid-life, or will I feel out of place?

Is this just for Irish mums?
Not at all! While we’re proudly based in Ireland, our members and guest experts are spread across the world - UK, Australia, Europe, USA. All sessions are online and recordings are always shared, so time zones are never a barrier. We have many women in the group who are not mothers at all - and others whose children have flown the nest. I’m just starting out - is this right for me?
